How it Works

  • When enabled, the AI scans the candidate’s résumé and creates tailored questions.

  • These questions are added to the candidate’s 1-way video interview.

  • Recruiters won’t see these questions beforehand, they appear in the candidate’s responses.

When Will Questions Not Appear?

  • If the candidate doesn’t upload a résumé, or it can't be parsed, no résumé-specific questions will appear.

  • The rest of the interview proceeds as normal.

How to Enable This Feature

  1. When posting a job, fill out the first page: Job Information.

  2. Click Next to go to Step 2: AI Questions.

  3. Before clicking Generate Questions, scroll down and open the "Advanced Options" section.

  4. Toggle on Résumé Specific Questions.

  5. Then click Generate Questions to proceed as usual. The AI will now include résumé-based questions if applicable.

You can add as many résumé-based questions as you’d like!
Just click the "Add Another Question" button at the bottom of the interview questions section.

  1. Click “Add Another Question”

  2. In the Category dropdown, select Résumé Specific

  3. You’ll see “This question is dynamically generated based on the applicant’s résumé.”

Best Practices

  • Encourage candidates to upload a clear, text-based résumé (PDF or DOCX).

  • Use this feature for roles where background and communication matter.

  • Résumé-based questions are not shown to the recruiter beforehand, ensuring unbiased answers.
