Accessing and interpreting interview results is key to making informed hiring decisions. Our platform simplifies this process, allowing you to quickly understand and evaluate the outcomes of candidate interviews. This guide will walk you through the steps to view these results and utilize the data to select the best candidate for your team.
Starting from the main Kerplunk dashboard, navigate to the 'All Jobs' or 'Recent Interviews' tabs on the left sidebar.
If you choose the 'All Jobs' tab, select the job which you would like to screen applicants for. This page provides an interface where you can view and assess the applications for a specific job listing on Kerplunk.
Based on the grading criteria that our algorithm scores for each candidate, select anywhere on the desired applicant's row. There will be a drop-down box of information which overviews the results of the applicant's interview and/or resume. It allows users to examine both interview results and resume details for each candidate. Each applicant's row can be selected to reveal more detailed insights, helping recruiters make informed decisions efficiently.
