Our platform allows you to access and review candidate video interviews quickly and efficiently. This guide provides the steps to find and watch these interviews, helping you to assess candidates directly.

Starting from the main Kerplunk dashboard, navigate to the 'All Jobs' or 'Recent Interviews' tabs on the left sidebar.
If you choose the 'All Jobs' tab, select the job which you would like to screen applicants for.
Based on the grading criteria that our algorithm scores for each candidate, select anywhere on the desired applicant's row. There will be a drop-down box of information which overviews the results of the applicant's interview and/or resume.
Click 'Watch Interview'
